The average employee used the pedal exerciser on and off, for an average of an hour a day. The most active employees used the pedal exerciser up to three hours daily.

Not only do pedal exercisers benefit peddlers’ long-term health, but they also proved to be good for concentration. Many employees reported their concentration improved while using pedal exercisers, resulting in more efficient work.
