About the CanDo® brand
CanDo® exercise products have been used by physical therapists, athletic trainers and the general public since the 1980s. Many of you who have received therapy after an injury have probably used a CanDo® exercise product during your rehabilitation.
The product line includes exercisers for strength and rehabilitation, balance and coordination, and flexibility. Many CanDo® exercisers are now available in consumer friendly retail packaging.

- CanDo® exercise bands – the most widely used CanDo® exerciser in the therapy setting. It incorporates the same color code as Thera-Band® and is desirable as a high-quality, low-cost alternative. There are many complementary accessories, including: handle, storage rack and exercise station. Now also available in the new Perf-100 put-up.
- CanDo® exercise tubing – the same great stretch characteristic as CanDo® band. Resistance tubing is more popular amongst athletic trainers. Available in bulk or pre-cut.

CanDo products

The CanDo Digi-Flex develops isolated finger strength, flexibility and coordination as it builds hand and forearm strength. Use each button independently to exercise fingers or compress the entire unit for complete hand and forearm strengthening. Comes with illustrated manual. Develops isolated finger strength, flexibility, and coordination. Stronger fingers cannot compensate for weaker ones. Progressive color-coded resistance gives patient positive feedback. Also builds hand and forearm strength.


The Digi-Flex Multi hand exerciser develops isolated finger strength, flexibility and coordination. Interchangeable finger buttons make the Multi a truly versatile exerciser. Use each button independently to exercise fingers or compress the entire unit for complete hand and forearm strengthening. Change resistance for any finger by changing the finger button. Finger buttons snap into frame with ease. Frame has padded ergonomic palm bar. There are 8 levels of finger buttons available: tan (xx-light), yellow (x-light), red (light), green (medium), blue (heavy), black (x-heavy), silver (xx-heavy), gold (xxx-heavy). Clinic hand therapy and home exerciser kits, as well as individual components available.


The CanDo Digi-Flex LITE develops isolated finger strength, flexibility and coordination as it builds hand and forearm strength. Each finger button can individually lock. Each button has a single spring that is covered by plastic sheath. Use each button independently to exercise fingers or compress the entire unit for complete hand and forearm strengthening. Progressive?color-coded resistance gives patient positive feedback.


The CanDo Digi-Flex Thumb develops isolated finger and thumb strength, flexibility and coordination as it builds hand and forearm strength. The design allows for both left and right thumb usage. The adjustable thumb button can attach in 3 positions and rotates and reticulates. Each finger and thumb button can individually lock. Single spring design, with springs hidden inside plastic sheath. Use each button independently to exercise fingers or compress the entire unit for complete hand and forearm strengthening. Progressive color-coded resistance gives patient positive feedback.
