About the CanDo® brand

CanDo® exercise products have been used by physical therapists, athletic trainers and the general public since the 1980s. Many of you who have received therapy after an injury have probably used a CanDo® exercise product during your rehabilitation.

The product line includes exercisers for strength and rehabilitation, balance and coordination, and flexibility. Many CanDo® exercisers are now available in consumer friendly retail packaging.

CanDo products


Vinyl coated, color-coded cast iron kettlebells are ideal for rehabilitation, strength training and toning. Each kettlebell has vibrant colors making it easy to identify weights. The coating on the weights reduces the potential for floor scratching. The CanDo vinyl-coated kettlebells are marked both in pounds and kilograms. Available in 8 weights from 5 to 30 pounds.
Hand held weight ball offers all the benefits of traditional weight training without using hard-to-hold metal dumbbells. Pliable exterior makes for easy grasping and textured surface makes it slip-free. Available in a variety of styles, shapes and color-coded weights.
The CanDo Dual-Handle Medicine Ball is Ideal for abdominal training, rotational movement and strength training, the dual, soft grip handle is easy to grip with one or two hands. Just the right size handle for a total body workout and perfect for core and torso exercises, the handles enable wide ranges of movements. Available in 2 styles and various color-coded weights.
Color-coded plyometric balls available from 1 to 30 pounds. Balls are available with firm rubber exterior shell or soft pliable rubber exterior shell. Balls have easy-to-grip rubber surface. Balls can be used with trampoline rebounder and thrown back and forth with a partner. Rebounders and ball rack also available.
The individual weight plates are available in a variety of sizes and can be used on barbells to enhance strength training.
