About the Skillbuilders® brand
Skillbuilders® molded foam positioning products were introduced to the occupational therapy and special needs universe in the 1980s. Many of you who have received physical therapy after an injury have probably been positioned with a Skillbuilders® roll or wedge to bolster and optimally position your body for treatment. Many special needs children have also benefited from the Skillbuilders® modular adaptive positioning systems in their every day life.
The product line includes molded foam products manufactured with an integral coating. The coating is tough, yet soft, and is washable. Skillbuilders® positioning products are manufactured in the USA and CE marked for sale outside the USA.

Skillbuilders products
Skillbuilders rolls are made of molded foam coated with an integral washable coating. Heavy duty positioning and vestibular rolls are ideal for institutional use in physical therapy departments, home use, special education programs, pre-school programs, physical education classes and the gym. The Skillbuilders roll has an attached handle for hanging and carrying.
Skillbuilders wedges are made of molded foam coated with a tough integral washable coating. Heavy duty positioning and vestibular wedges are ideal for institutional use in physical therapy departments, home use, special education programs, pre-school programs, physical education classes and the gym. They can be used under the back, arm, or leg of a patient for comfortable and functional positioning. They can be used to provide the necessary leverage to promote an exercise regime.
Skillbuilders half rolls are made of molded foam coated with a tough integral washable coating. Half rolls combine stability of a wedge with the positioning versatility of a roll. Use Velcro hook on flat bottom to anchor roll for additional security. Provide stable base for knee flexion and extension. Heavy duty positioning and vestibular half rolls are ideal for institutional use in physical therapy departments, home use, special education programs, pre-school programs, physical education classes and the gym.
The quad board provides support by forcing the proper amount of knee (or arm) flexion. The board can be used on a treatment table or floor. Board folds flat when not in use.
Plastic swing seat with heavy duty rope is available with or without a built-in abductor (pommel). Safety harness and crotch strap standard for proper positioning. Adjustable suspension mechanism fits any frame up to ten feet. Optional headrest, leg rest, seat cover and swing tie-down straps available.
