Exercises for Developing Grip Strength

Posted on in Industry News, News

Here is the scenario: you’re struggling to open a jar and then give it to someone else. That individual is able to open the jar easily. What gives?!

Chances are, grip strength has something to do with the reason you were not able to open the jar. Grip strength effects a number of things that we take for granted every day, for example, opening a jar or a bottle of medicine.

Athletes and individuals who practice martial arts often dedicate time to working on their grip strength. Most of us probably don’t focus on it unless we are going through rehabilitation therapy, but you should work on it.

Are you interested in improving your grip strength? Here are several exercises you can do to work on it. These are best performed with one of our CanDo® Digi-Flex® hand exercisers.
