Exercises to strengthen fingers

Posted on in Industry News, News

As we discussed earlier this week, strong fingers and pinch strength are important for many everyday tasks, however, it can weaken due to disease, injury, or with age. This can make even the simplest of tasks, a nightmare.

Below we’ve compiled some quick and simple exercises performed with our products that can help you improve and maintain your finger and grip strength. Each product comes in various color-coded resistance levels, so as your finger and pinch strength increases, you can progressively move to a higher level of resistance.

Editor’s note: if you suspect you have a weak grip or pinch strength your first step should be to consult with your primary healthcare provider. They will be able to evaluate you and determine a proper course of treatment after a baseline measurement of strength is found.
